PLUS 30 - Anti-staining
Description:
PLUS 30 is a solvent based oil/water repellent used to
tread terra cotta pavers to increase stain resistance
without changing the appearance significantly. It will
protect the treated surface from oil, water and food stains
and dramatically easy maintenance labor. Recommended for
use on tiles which have been presealed with PLUS 10, either
at the factory (Barcelona PLUS) or at the job site.
Primary Use:
Used to treat tiles previously treated with PLUS 10 to
minimize stains while keeping the natural look of the
tile. Specially indicated for exterior use. In can also
be used to treat other terra cottas or porous materials.
Surface Preparation:
Insure that tile surface is CLEAN and DRY.
Instructions:
Tile surface must be previously treated with PLUS 10 or
be Barcelona PLUS tiles. Apply to tile surface with spray,
brush applicator or roller. Apply evenly allowing sealer
to penetrate deeply and avoiding formation of bubbles.
Allow to dry at least 1 hour. Normally only 1 coat is
required. Do not apply sealer to damp or wet tile.
Coverage:
Depending upon surface type and conditions. Approximately
6 to 12 sq. meters per liter.
Precautions:
Do not dilute. Easily flammable. Keep away from fire and
flame. Do not smoke. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
Avoid contact with skin. Do not breath vapor. Irritates
skin, eyes and respiratory system. Store and use in well
ventilated areas or apply with mechanical ventilation.
Keep out of reach from children.
Limitations:
Product may not be suitable for tiles which have been
previously sealed with other Products. Always test a small
area to insure desired results. Although treated tiles
have high stain resistant properties, it may not be completely
stain proof under some conditions or situations. It is
recommended to clean as soon as possible any Product that
may become a potential stain.
